Oils and Vinegars "on tap". We have recently introduced the most delicious range of Tuscan virgin olive oils and British made sweet vinegars. They are stored in pottery crocks in the same way wine is, in a bag in a box. Unlike other "on tap" oils and vinegars these are therefore kept in top condition, protected from light and air. The oils are made by introducing the chillis, garlic, truffles, Scilian lemon, etc. at the olive pressing stage giving their flavours exquisite intensity and freshness. We also have pure hazelnut and walnut oils. The vinegars are sweet and natural, whether it is our outright favourite, horseradish, or blackcurrent, or figgy balsamic... yum! Imagine the horseradish on beetroot, or smoked salmon... We bottle them in your bottles if you wish, or have a lovely range of bottles in different shapes and sizes which we cork, seal and gift wrap for you. Come and try them and see if you can resist buying yourself one whilst solving the problem of what to offer friends who have everything (else!) for Christmas. |

Chocolate Fondues. These little stoneware beakers of heaven have the unusual quality of being re-usable, and re-sealable. If you don't finish the pot pop the lid back on and store it for another day. Simply heated in the microwave the pot retains heat to keep the contents meltingly edible! |
